How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect but we'll do our best to have your items shipped timely. We'll also contact you if there's any issues in regards of your purchase or order, like out-of-stock items.

What about shipping?

Please allow up to 10 days for economy shipping and up to 3 - 4 days for standard shipping within the United States. We can ship outside of the United States, that shipping cost will be added into your order at the time of checkout. If you live near our store in California, US, it's possible that you'll received your order faster than the estimated time we've listed compared to our farther states. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for our shipped items.
